The Nutrition and Dietetics Education and Accreditation Network (NaDEAN)

What is the Nutrition and Dietetics Education and Accreditation Network (NaDEAN)?

NaDEAN is a network of academic course coordinators or program directors who manage the day-to-day education and accreditation issues for their dietetics programs in Australia and New Zealand universities.

Accredited dietetics programs are those which are recognised for dietetics practice by Dietitians Australia or the New Zealand Dietitians Board.

NaDEAN identifies and addresses key issues affecting accredited dietetics programs in Australian and New Zealand Universities.

The Network also advises and receives direction from the Council of Deans of Nutrition and Dietetics (Australia & NZ) on accreditation, learning and teaching matters.
